This session will provide an opportunity for the digital market to learn about the development and delivery of the Design, Build and Test Phase of the People Directory. This is not a formal procurement activity but an opportunity to share information.
Early market engagement will offer the following benefits:
- better communication with the digital market through visibility of the sourcing pipeline;
- testing of requirements for clarity in preparation for a possible procurement;
- providing an opportunity to ask questions, raise queries and address issues at an early stage to improve the quality and insights of possible solutions.
The format of the Early Market Engagement will consist of a presentation with a Q&A, followed by reserved 1-to-1 discussion slots.
