Cocaine smuggling disguised as chocolate – five-year sentence
Jersey Customs and Immigration released a statement after Diana Bowmen, 26, from London, was sentenced by Jersey’s Royal Court to five years in prison for importing over two kilograms of cocaine concealed inside large Galaxy chocolate bars.

Government publishes Offshore Wind Farm Report
The Government of Jersey has released a report assessing the feasibility of an offshore wind farm in the Island’s south-west waters. The study, led by the Ministers for Environment and Sustainable Economic Development, reviews technical, commercial, and regulatory considerations, economic advice, and feedback from local groups to inform whether Jersey should develop an energy export industry.
